The numbers alone tell a compelling story where I have delivered record growth and profitability in every position: From taking an entirely new business and category from $0 to $100M in three years with Zep Cleaning Chemicals, growing from $103M to $175M in an established B2B category during a recession with Rubbermaid Commercial Products, driving $16M in growth over three years at Melnor, a small privately held B2C company, and finally taking an established business at American Woodmark and leading sales growth from $800M to over $1B.Consistent positive results such as these do not simply happen, they instead come from an ability to concurrently think analytically and develop comprehensive strategic plans and processes while still maintaining the ability to think creatively and approach opportunities from a designer's perspective.

Balance in life provides me with the energy to maintain my enthusiasm for my work, my family, and my passion while giving back to the community is at my core and helps me maintain a proper perspective. My current passion is mountain bike trail development at a local state park where I have led fundraising and trail planning resulting in over $4.5M raised and 50+ miles of trails built or planned. For this work, I was named an IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) Trail Champion in 2022, and was presented with the Tom Petri Annual Achievement Award in the US Congress in March 2024.
